We Support our Partners in Education… They Deserve it!
CE has developed the Educator Appreciation and Support Program to show our recognition to the teachers, counselors, and administrators that go above and beyond the call of duty to make our trips a reality for their students. Often times, educators are overworked and underappreciated for even their normal daily duties. To have an educator commit to additional time and responsibility is truly a display of dedication and passion for education. At CE Tours, we feel that this level of commitment should be rewarded.
In addition, unlike many other educational tour companies, we don’t employ a large national sales force. In fact, we don’t have a sales department at all. In order to grow, we rely on the teachers, counselors and administrators that know us best to share their wonderful experience with their friends and colleagues. For these reasons, CE Tours offers several excellent incentives in our program that educators can benefit from. Each year, the cost for these incentives are built into our annual marketing budget and do not add to, or affect in any way, the cost of students trips.
Educator Incentives
Cash Stipends
For most tours, Group Leaders (teachers/educators) can earn cash stipends of up to $3,000 for registering students/families for their tour. CE Tours pays $50 per student per tour in a cash stipend to be used at the Group Leader’s discretion up to $3,000. These stipends can be used for assisting with tour needs: communication expenses, scholarships or subsidies for disadvantaged students, t-shirts for the group, etc.
Referrals
Educators can earn cash rewards for recommending CE Tours to their friends and colleagues. Once the tour is booked with us, the educator can up to $1000 per new referral. So, if you don’t travel with your students, but you know someone who does, please send them our way!
Travel Bonuses
Each year, CE Tours offers free travel bonuses such as hotels stays, cruises, and airline tickets for early registration and off–season promotions that may be running. In addition, for loyal clients, CE Tours offers entire free vacations to destinations such as New York, Las Vegas, and Costa Rica.
Meeting Stipends
CE Tours rewards Group Leaders for successfully following our “Helpful Tips for Successful Trips” process. Once the parent meeting has been successfully completed, a $200 cash stipend for tour expenses will be granted to the Group Leader.
